BIO
Tim Crocker is a Franklin native and has practiced law in Franklin since 1984. Tim practices in the area of civil litigation, automobile and motorcycle negligence, big truck litigation, wrongful death, divorce and family law, wills, trusts, estates, corporate and limited liability company issues, and business transactions.

 

Tim serves as Chairman of the Simpson County Tourism Commission and is a member of the Franklin-Simpson Parks Board. He serves as a legal advisor to numerous other charitable organizations in the Franklin-Simpson community,

 

Tim is a licensed private pilot and when not practicing law enjoys boating, scuba diving, cycling, travel, and farming.

 

Tim resides in Franklin, Kentucky with his wife, Janet.

AMANDA L. EAST

ASSOCIATE

BIO
Amanda is a native of Nicholasville. She began her legal career as a staff attorney for the Hon. Janet J. Crocker, Circuit Court Judge for the 49th Judicial District. Amanda joined our firm in 2015.

 

In law school, Amanda served on the Kentucky Law Journal as the Managing Articles Editor. She was also a member of UK's Moot Court and served as Oral Argument Chair. While in law school, Amanda completed internships with the Kentucky Court of Appeals and United States District Court for the Eastern District Court of Kentucky.

 

Outside of the office, Amanda enjoys reading, baking, and traveling. She has recently moved to the Franklin community and is excited about this transition.

SAMUEL J. CROCKER

ASSOCIATE

BIO
Sam Crocker is a Franklin native, and a graduate of Franklin-Simpson High School. Sam began his legal career at a large corporate law firm in St. Louis, working on both litigation and prosecution in the field of intellectual property. He has returned to Franklin to expand his practice and to serve the people of his hometown.

 

In law school, Sam served as a member of the editorial board for the Journal of Corporation Law and clerked with law firms in Kentucky and Missouri.

 

In his off hours, Sam enjoys weightlifting, hiking, farm work, and traveling. He also enjoys visiting craft breweries with his wife Melissa. He resides in Franklin, Kentucky with his wife, daughter and their dog, JoJo.
